About Rita

Inspired by my creative nature since I was very young, creating designs in a variety of media, particularly drawing and photography. I also loved math, history and geography, I had a wide range of interest as a child. My creative side took me into the area of illustration, photography and book design. I now enjoy the challenge of finding a solution for each client and each project. Looking at a client's business with fresh eyes and finding solutions to help promote their product and service is exhilarating.  I have a busy mind and find it exciting to have all these ideas in my head. It's always fun to share them with clients to see where the ideas will take us.

I received a Technical and Medical Illustration Diploma from Sheridan College. The program included an extensive range of classes that further enhanced my natural creative abilities and honed my technical skills.

Upon graduating from Sheridan College, I worked in book publishing, designing book layouts and covers. I worked closely with the authors and suppliers to manage and coordinate projects. I later worked for a printer and a sign company before investing in my first computer to launch Vogel Art. Working for myself has given me the flexibility to raise my three children.

Using my refined technical skills and design talent I work with you to give your business identity a fresh, appealing and consistent look, developing and integrating it into all your marketing collateral to enhance your presence to provide you with a competitive edge. My natural intuitive ability allows me to create the right solution for your project.

Internet and social media connect clients anywhere--it's excellent!  However, when possible I prefer to meet with my clients face to face, as it provides me with additional information to understand my client and the project. I will gain a better understanding of your needs.

Give me a call; I would be happy to meet and discuss business opportunities with you. I don't make high-pressure sales, I genuinely believe in getting to know my client to understand their needs. If I can't help you, I will know someone who can. We will learn more about each other's businesses and provide referrals in the future.

Let's get started!

“There are three responses to a piece of design – yes, no, and WOW!
Wow is the one to aim for.”
